Starting Seeds Indoors

Learn tips on starting your own garden seeds indoors. Get a head start on Spring!

Perfect Planters
May 16 or May 23, 2012 6pm-8pm for ages 10 and up
Also offered as a group class for 4 or more.  Fee of $10 includes instruction, design help, soil, and fertilizer for your pot.  All plant choices are additional.

Perennials for Planters
May 15 or 22, 2012 6pm-8pm for ages 10 and up
Create your own unique container design using money-saving perennials!  May also be offered as a group class for 4 or more.  Bring your own pot or purchase one at class.  Everything else is provided!  You recieve 5 perennials that are 'Perfect for Planters' to design your planter.  Cost: $30 per container.

Leaf Casting in Concrete
May 14 and 21, 2012 or June 5 and 12, 2012 Age 10 and Up
Create your own birdbath or garden art.
This will be a two-night class. 
The first night we will cast our leaves in concrete. 
The second night we will color and seal them.
Large hostas, hollyhocks and rhubarb leaves work the best!  Bring your own to try or use one of our rhubarb leaves.
